Hot Zone Blog #4: Community Service

What a day we had doing our community service! I went to Vintage Park which is a nursing home off of 143rd and Nall. While spending my day there, I helped clean rooms, wash windows, and organize somethings for the elderly. I think we continue this tradition to be able to give back to our community for everything that they have done for BV. The importance of us doing it is realizing how lucky we are to be living the way we do and the value is us feeling good with what we did after. I have gained that it doesn't take that much to give back to your community. It made me want to continue and help  by doing other things for it.
